Morning Mist

Morning Mist

When waking up in the Morning the most important things I try to think about are drinking water and breathing. It really helps to bring in big breathes of fresh air in the morning to get your brain alert and thinking and greet the day with an enthusiasm that will take you in the direction your looking.

This is a spray that I use in the morning when I wake. I gives me a boost, makes me smile and is good for general breathing and wakefulness, alertness and brings a joyful fragrance to the mind. I call it Morning Breath.

How to Make Morning Mist

What You Will Need

  • One 2 FL OZ Glass Spray Bottle
  • 2 FL OZ Distilled Water
Eartha Astraya Pure Eucalyptus OilEartha Astraya Sweet Orange OilEartha Astraya Pure Grapefruit Oil

Recipe

2 dropsAlmond Oil
10 dropsEucalyptus Essential Oil
5 dropsBrazilian Sweet Orange Essential Oil
5 dropsGrapefruit Essential Oil

This is simple to do:

  1. Start by rinsing out your dropper and then spraying a few droppers full of distilled water into the glass bottle.
  2. Combine all the oils with the dropper into the bottle, and then add water to fill the bottle about 70-90% depending on how strong you want the mixture to be.
  3. Shake and spray on your face and all over your body to feel refreshed!

This is great mixture for waking up in the morning.

Eartha Astraya Pure Eucalyptus Oil

Eucalyptus Oil

Respiratory conditions such as asthma and sinusitis may benefit from inhaling it. Eucalyptus oil reacts with mucous membranes, which reduces mucus production and loosens it, allowing you to cough it up. This can be especially beneficial if your allergies cause mucus.

It is possible that eucalyptus blocks the symptoms of asthma. Be careful:; If you are allergic, it may worsen asthma. More research is needed to determine how eucalyptus affects people with asthma.

Sweet Orange Oil

Sweet Orange Oil is uplifting and invigorating. It also cleanses and brightens the room.

Some of the health benefits of Orange Essential Oil can be attributed to its properties which are numerous and include uses as an anti-inflammatory, antidepressant, antispasmodic, antiseptic, aphrodisiac, carminative, diuretic, tonic, sedative and cholagogue substance.

Eartha Astraya Pure Grapefruit Oil

Grapefruit Oil

Grapefruit Oil is another uplifting oil that helps to make this mixture amazing to breath in and get you going in the morning. Its scent is attributed with a brighter mood and reducing stress while increasing focus.

Although very few scientific studies have tested the power of grapefruit essential oil, some preliminary research indicates that the oil may offer benefits.

For example, a rat-based study published in Brain Research in 2005 found that inhaling the scent of grapefruit essential oil stimulated activity in the sympathetic nervous system (the branch of the central nervous system involved in activating the body’s “fight-or-flight” response to stress).

Also many preliminary studies suggest that grapefruit essential oil may act as an antimicrobial (destroying or suppressing the growth of microorganisms, including bacteria and fungi).

Sounds interesting, I’d like to try. I’m sure the citrus is really nice in the morning and eucalyptus will wake you up? Are you. Selling the oils?
